Personal data protection notice
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Law 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, how your personal data is processed when you submit the assessment request form on this site. No personal data is collected anywhere else on the site: there are no cookies and no visitor tracking.
Data controller
FIXEN AI & SOFTWARE — Kâğıthane, Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: efe@fixen.systems
Personal data processed
When you submit the form, the following are processed: your work email address, your company's name and sector, optionally your name, and the IP address the request was sent from. If you used the simulator, the CN code, annual export tonnage and calculated difference you entered are attached to the request; these are commercial rather than personal data, but they travel with your request.
Purposes
Your data is processed solely to answer your assessment request, to get back to you, and to conduct discussions ahead of a possible business relationship. The IP address is additionally used for the rate limit that stops the form being abused by automated tools. This data is not added to a marketing list, not sold to third parties, and not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis
Processing relies on Article 5(2)(c) of the Law — being directly related to the conclusion of a contract and to pre-contractual measures taken at your request — and, for the IP address, on Article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interest in securing the service.
Method of collection
Data is collected only through the form you fill in, electronically, and directly from you.
Transfers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) infrastructure and the form request is processed there. The notification email is delivered via Resend (USA). No transfer is made to any third party other than these two providers. Because the transfer is made abroad, Article 9 of the Law applies.
Retention
The IP record kept for the rate limit is deleted automatically after 120 seconds. Your request is retained as an email for at most two years from the point the request is concluded, and is deleted at the end of that period or earlier on your request. No separate customer database is kept — the notification email is the record.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction; request that correction and erasure be notified to third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you arising from analysis by exclusively automated means; and claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
To exercise your rights, send a request to efe@fixen.systems containing the information required by the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
